Our Cooking Pot

This is our huge, steam cooking pot. The cook was a little messy. We cooked the hearts, liver, fish and shrimp in this batch. You don't really have to cook any of the ingredients, except for the livers. Cooking the food ingredients makes it easier to grind them. Just remember, that you should always cook the turkey livers.
